I. Application for Credit
I certify that the above information, given for the purpose of obtaining credit with EZLUBE, LLC, is true and correct. By signing the credit application, I authorize EZLUBE, LLC to verify this information as well as provide information on the accounts of others seeking such information. Client agrees to pay attorney fees and costs if suit is necessary for collection. EZLUBE, LLC reserves the right to terminate the extension of credit at any time.
II. Obligation of Account
This agreement in no way obligates 'Fleet Account' to exclusively service their vehicles at an EZLUBE, LLC facility but rather serves as an authorization by 'Fleet Account' for EZLUBE, LLC to serve their fleets and to make timely payment for said services as provided by EZLUBE, LLC. This agreement is not valid with any other offer or synthetic oil.
III. Termination of Either Party
This agreement may be renegotiated or terminated by either party upon (30) day's notice. Upon termination of the Agreement, all amounts owned to EZLUBE, INC are due and immediately pursuant to the terms outlined.
IV. Terms of Agreement

If any arbitration or legal proceeding is necessary to enforce or interpret the provisions of this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and legal cost, in addition to any other relief such party may be entitled. If any term, provision, covenant or condition of the agreement are found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be effected, impaired or invalidated.

Bills will be processed by the 5th of each month and are net 10. Unpaid bill will accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month. Upon default and failure to pay, reasonable Attorney's fees, court cost, and expenses of collection will be assessed
